Has been a while leaving my blog empty.
Without letting my blog get rusted, I would like to write something here today.
I started this job on the 12th of July last year.
I am here for almost a year now.
I don't know whether it's a good newz or a bad newz...
Starting this week, I will be fully handling overseas cases as well.
Felt uneasy about it, probably due to stress.
I don't know whether i can cope with it.
Hopefully time can make me get used to it faster.
Look at the bar chart below which represents the Ups and the Downs of my mood.

信任

对！一对情人或一对夫妇，不能没有的就是信任。
比方说，先生出差一段日子。当中不可少有的就是应酬。有男的也有女的。
我想妻子在家中也会觉得不安。不是她不信任在外的他，只是不放心。到这一点，男人已认定女人不相信自己。
妻子没有在先生应酬时拨电话给他，已经是一种美德。这也已经包含了信任。不是吗？
为何男人就不能多告诉女人他在外的事情呢？
有时候，女人会问男人在外的事情。男人就会觉得很烦。
既然男人不想烦，为何不先清楚告诉女人？这样问题就解决啦！
男人觉得很难理解女人。其实女人很简单，只要男人把一切告诉女人就可以了。
时常看戏都有这一幕：当男人不小心做错了事，他都会选择不让女人知道或篇一些故事来隐瞒。那就大错特错了。
当女人知道后，后果奖会是严重过之前。
另外，因为男人曾说过谎言，从此要得到女人的信任就更难了。

看了“只有您”这一部戏后，我很认同这一句话,“人生无常,最重要是活在当下”.
不需要也不必要追求完美,因为没有任何人于事是一定完美,个人的定义吧了.
珍惜所拥有的,已经足够.

今天我的朋友做了爸爸妈妈,我觉得他们很幸福,很开心.新的生命诞生真的是一件很奇妙的过程.
他不但带来了快乐,同时也带来了父母之间的联系.恭喜恭喜!
我很羡慕他们,我也希望有一天我也能体会当妈妈的心情,看见另一半的兴奋.

Saga FL? Viva Elite? Picanto?

Went for test drive yesterday for Proton Saga FL, Perodua Viva Elite and Naza Kia Picanto.

For Proton Saga FL, it was difficult for me with the steering and handbrake. By doing a turning could twist some parts of my body. Price is around RM43000 with 3.8% of interest rate.

As for Perodua Viva Elite, felt a lot more comfortable while driving it. Everything was ok but a bit pricey around RM46000 with 3.6% of interest rate.

Also checked out the Naza Kia Picanto show room. The feel of driving it almost similar to Perodua Viva Elite. Slightly powerful than Viva as well. Around RM41000 with 2.6% of interest rate. They give 5 years warranty.

Most probably I will go for Picanto...

我的朋友

这几天我一直回想起在中学时期的趣事。

记得每一年我都有不同的密友。原因之一，同班同学。原因之二，大家都住同一区。就算不是同一区的也会来我家聊天。

与不同的朋友会做不一样的事情。一些是和我唱英文歌的朋友，一些却是和我唱华语歌的朋友。

有一班朋友和我代表学校参加过篮球比赛，也有一班朋友与我跳水游泳。那时，不管晴天或雨天，放学后我们都会去看电影，打篮球，坐秋千，踏脚车等等。

华人，马来人和印度人都有。

我真的很怀念当年。但现在已经不一样了。各有各的生活。结了婚的有，生了孩子的也有。还有一些朋友都已经失去联络了。

突然间很想念他们。。。想念与他们度过甜酸苦辣，喜怒哀乐的日子。。。

2011 的第一个 Post

新的一年的第一个梦就是我已经有了五个月大的身孕，哈哈。。。这是不可能发生的啦！等到有人肯婿我先吧！
开工的第一天，忙到翻。
最近 Celcom 又有很多问题,sien 掉。
忙了整个星期，都忘了写部落格。
今年不知会有什么大事情发生。没事就好.
哦对！我现在很喜欢两首歌。郭静的聊天和神木与瞳的宽恕.非常好听!
还有一件事情.我又要买车了, 但不知买新车或旧车好。新车-没钱! 旧车-怕坏! 一个字-烦!
我很想去澳洲, 因为他在那边.我希望能够与他同步。
去年看了很多明星与歌星。不知今年还会有这个机会吗?
我还有什么没写的呢? 想着想着... 应该没有了吧。想到才写吧, bye bye。

My holiday ended with a Nightmare

I dreamt that there was a lizard on my hand. I tried to flip it away, but it just stick still on my hand. Yuckz! That moment, in my mind, I knew that if I am awake, everything will be fine. That's why I am awake now.

Weekend

Last weekend was a joy.

On Friday, it was a holiday. The best thing was we got free tickets to Sunway Lagoon. Thanks to my cousin brother-in-law and family. Cheers~

Ah Yee, my brother and I were running from dry park to wet park then went back to dry park and continued in wet park, back and forth. My favourite spot in Lagoon was "The Big Pot". This big pot will be filled with water and when it is fulled, it will swing down and splashes water. So we will be sitting on the pool and awaits for the water to splash on us.
* By the way, I just got to mention this... I was bullied by a little boy. Haha...

My objective of getting sun burned, succeed.

Saturday, we went for a movie. We watched Eat, Pray, Love. Eat in Italy, Pray in India and Love in Bali.

Early morning of Sunday, we went swimming. Tried to get another sun burn, but the sun wasn't hot that day. In fact, it was drizzling.

Anyhow, it was a fun weekend.

安全感

我对我的另一半的其中一个不可缺少的感觉是 - 安全感。

我睡觉时，一定要开着灯。这一种行为其实是一个缺乏安全感的表现。

所谓的安全感就是不管当时的情况有多危险，你还是相信拖着你的手的那个人会一直在你身边，那就是安全感。

当你在一个陌生的地方，只要有他的陪伴，你就有无比的放心。这也等于安全感。

不管他将来能不能给你幸福，只要相信他，只要有他，眼前的就是幸福 - 这是能依靠的安全感。

对方做任何东西都会让你知道，这是他给你的安心药相等于安全感。

安全感就是一种奇妙的感觉，无法解释，感觉有就有，就是这么简单。

I have been dreaming of going for a casual, relaxing and easy-going trip.

If possible, probably will go for atleast 3 months, at most 6 months.

A friend suggested that we could work there to pay off the hotel fee. Not a bad idea at all.

Imagine carrying a bagpack from Australia - Perth -> Adelaide -> Melbourne -> Canberra -> Sydney -> Brisbane then fly over to New Zealand - Auckland -> Wellington -> Christchurch

Do you think I can take 3 to 6 months leave? Hah!

Anyhow this will be 2012 plan, before the world ends.

Still remember the first day in Melaka. Shifted to an Aunty's house. Rented a room there. Watery eyes when my parents left me there alone.

That night, I cried. I was scared. I was shy. I was all alone.

The next day, orientation started. Need to wake up 5am in the morning to get ready. I walked to Uni when the sky was still dark. Ended after a week.

The feelings of wanting to go home was strong, but it only lasted a few days.

Now, the feelings of going home from work is WEAK!

I miss my life in Melaka. The life of freedom.

Today was my first day of work.

Start work at 8.30am. I drove there with my mum sitting beside me.
Briefing and some trainings. Getting to learn something I don't know at all, which was interesting.

Lunch hour, 12.30pm until 1.30pm, fix.

Short break, 4.30pm until 4.50pm, nice.

Position, QC Engineer at the mean time. Trial for 1 to 2 weeks and will see what happens next.

End work at 6pm.

Finally...

Lousy Service by KTM

Dear KTM,

You are giving such a lousy service to the public. Don't you think you should be more punctual, come more often and have at least one more coach extra?

From the start, I took 7.31am train, due to the crowd, I decided to take an earlier train which is at 7.16am. Unfortunately, 7.16am train is always late. Then I went for 7.01am train. Many times that 7.01am train has been cancelled. Which always make me wait for 7.16am train but too crowded that I can't even get into the train and was forced to go for 7.31am train. Now, I have been going for 6.46am train.

Today, 6.46am train was full of human due to 6.31am train has been cancelled.

What do you think? What is the appropriate time for me to take?

KTM introduced Ladies Only At All Times

Today KTM implemented "Ladies Only At All Times" from Sentul to Port Klang. It means that the middle coach is only for women, the sides are for men and women as well if they choose to. This is a good move from KTM, which I like it. But...

1. I still see men in the women coach. Even though there was polis bantuan to announce that this coach is only for women.

2. In some stations, the train did not stop at the exact spot for the ladies to hop into the middle coach. If the train does not stop in the middle of the station, then what is the purpose of the pink posts which stand in the middle of the station for?

This was what I saw today, hopefully the polis bantuan will continue their job on telling the guys, "Please go to the side coaches"!

Customer Service

I think there are many people find that holding a position of Customer Service is an easy and a boring job to do. Well, that actually depending on what type of company it is. Some call center, they might just need to pick up calls, if problem occurred or can't be solved at that moment, then they just need to create a ticket and pass to other department to handle it. That's it, case close.

As for me, working here in the call service center, we need to have some technical skills in order to solve customer's problem, of cause the better technical knowledge we have, the faster we can settle the problem. I am in the Hong Kong technical support team. I need to speak Cantonese most of the time, it is not difficult for that. But the hard and painful thing is when I need to translate an English version of Windows to a Chinese Version of Windows, and that also doesn't mean customer understands how to do it.

See, customer service is not as simple as you think it is. Handling in the front line of a company is like the front line warriors in a war. Customer will just shout at you over the phone or maybe saying something not so nice to hear.

For now, I can only say, I will try to get used to it.

Stupid KTM

Stupid KTM, always not punctual. When I am a minute late, the train comes few minutes early. When I am few minutes early, the train comes 20 minutes late. What the hell!

Why can't they come on time? Why can't they come more frequent?

My Days @ My New Job

Started my new job...

For the past few days, what I saw was "train and train".

The first "train" that I mentioned as in my transportation to work. I need to hop into KTM and travel from Subang to KL Sentral and change to another train to Mid Valley. Actually it is very convenient, but human jam. These people like jaws, so rude and so annoying. I could not even get into the train at KL Sentral back to Subang. Due to the stupid KTM delayed as usual, more people coming into the crowd, so I was not able to get in. I prefer to take LRT, very fast and so cooling. But it stops at Kelana, can't reach Subang. Haihz.

The second "train" means training. Everyday, I need to sit in a very cold training room and trained by a trainer. See, there are so many words related with the word "train".

No doubts that I will gain lots of knowledge from this company. Hopefully I can and I will get through these difficulty days of learning.

Finally I have the decision on accepting the offer from PACNET which is located in the IGB building in Mid Valley. I hope I have made the right choice.

I will start work on the 15th of March. Starting that day, I need to wait for train, train and train.

What a great day I had today. Vivian Man, Lee Yoon, Jessie and I went to Sunway Lagoon. We arrived there about 10.30am. We started playing one after one. It was fun and we enjoyed. Like small kids.

Seeing Lee Yoon excited like "Hiong Ha Mui", very funny and cute. Jessie kept repeating the same sentence, "Hao Kai Xin O, Hao Suang O", haha, very funny. Vivian Man also like small kid, everything also wants to play but only one thing that she dare not play. Haha, it was the Scream Park. She dare not go in and I was very kind to stay outside with her. Hehe, but the fact was I also dare not go. =p

There are many things that I did not play, but it's ok, I still had plenty of fun. We ride on a bike, we walked on a bridge, we cycled the swan, we ride a pirate ship and many more.

We left Lagoon at 6pm. Before we leave, we looked through those photos taken by the crews. There were a total of 19 pictures taken but only the very first photo when we entered Lagoon was pretty. But it cost us RM 30 per picture. Not worth, so we didn’t let them earn our money. Good pictures already in our memory, priceless.

Well, a fun day always end so soon. Wonder when we can organize another trip again, will see.

Almost every morning and evening I need to listen to a session of lecture.

Sometimes:

"When you want to learn driving? You cannot always depend on other people. You must learn to drive. Sometimes later, I will be old, who is going to fetch you to work?"

Sometimes:

"The dog is very smelly. Please ask your mum to bath her everyday. If not ask her to give away. Very dirty. Lots of ticks. Pee around the house. Very smelly. Your brother, he has difficulty in breathing ever since the dog is in the house. You cannot be so selfish, you must take care of your brother."

The last sentence that he said, I really cannot take it. Why I was the one who is selfish? I never said I wanted the dog. I have already said I don't want the dog before it arrived. Why is it my fault?

There were many other things that he said that I do not want to mention here.

I just don't understand why am I always the one who needs to listen to him? Why he can't tell the person right at the face? Why always I have to be the middle man? At work already need to see peoples' faces. At home also need to see peoples' faces. Why?

Probably the reason I die will be due to depression.

On the 27th of November, I went to Sungai Petani, Kedah for computer fair. Early morning have to wake up for a long journey. Need to work till late nights only get to go back to the hotel. I came back on the 30th of November, straight to the office. So tiring, and next morning still need to work.

On the 5th of December, I need to work for KL PC fair until 6th of December. So tiring, and next morning still need to work.

Work, work, work. I want to rest. Lucky that, on the 11th of December, 18th of December, 25th of December and 1st of January is holidays. Though lots of holidays, but to me, I felt like I do not have enough rest. Probably over stress myself before the holidays.

On the 7th of December, my boy friend bought me a camera, Canon D450. So nice... hehe. Those pictures taken can only be uploaded in my Facebook, cause the file size is big, I am too lazy to upload it here.

On the 11th of December, my family and I went to Cameron Highlands. 1 day trip was fun.

On the 12th of December, my boy friend sort of celebrated birthday for me.

On the 13th of December, my mum bought me a watch. My dad took us for dinner.

On the 15th of December, my boy friend celebrated with me again during dinner time.

On the 16th of December, was my birthday, my colleagues celebrated with me in the office. So sweet... haha. My brother treat me dinner, then he say he is broke.

Today is 19th of November, 2009. What is so special about it? Well, on the 19th of November, 2008 was the day I did spine surgery. Time just past silently. I still remember every moment of that day, those excited feelings, so hard to describe.

Titanium rods and titanium screws are inside my body for a year now and will stays forever in my spine.

I actually feel proud of myself. I think I am like a super girl, having an abnormal structure.

Dear Blog,

I just realized that almost a month I did not update "you". The whole month was like living in hell. Haihz. Even weekends couldn't enjoy, due to work stuff.

Nowadays I have to sit in the technical room. This means I’m totally in technical now. It's a good thing but at the same time, it's bad too.

Good things were due to, my previous tasks were in logistics (I have to pack stocks everyday with a Titanium rod and 13 Titanium screws in my spine, do you know how difficult was that?). At the same time, I was also in technical department. Oh ya, and also sort of doing indoor sales (without commission). There were also documentations that I need to do. Now, I don't have to be multi-tasking, doing few positions' jobs at the same time. Bad thing is, I don't really like this job. I understand all jobs have its pressure. But now, this job is definitely insane for me.

Just because I came in as intern and started in the technical side, so now I end up being a Sales Support Engineer. Sounds cool, but pressure.

Besides that, last time in technical, I feel like we were a team. But after "old people" left and "new people" came, things changed. I felt like I'm alone in this jungle.

人家好心借给你不代表你可以利用他的“好心”而不需要还。

很生气不是完全为了钱，大部分是因为看在他是我的亲戚份上而且也答应一定会在短期内还，我相信他所以我借。到了该还的当天，他竟然连电话都关掉，无法找到他。我觉得很失望，很生气。

既然不能逾期归还,就请不要顺口开河。出尔反尔会让我对你的信任毁灭及彻底失望。

Hari Raya Holiday

Saturday, went back to Sitiawan. We have been through breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. We rushed back on Sunday after lunch because I need to attend a wedding dinner.

Sunday night went to a couple's wedding. They were my secondary school friends, a year older than me. The food was ok, not bad. That night was like a school gathering. It was fun, I guess everyone enjoys it. Me either. Most of them look so different but character still the same.

Monday went dating with my boy friend. We went for breakfast. We watched G-Force, quite funny and those guinea pigs were so cute. We ate lunch and walk around.

Tuesday, we went for breakfast then we bought gold paint to paint my grandpa’s and aunt’s grave. After that we took lunch. Then came home and watched drama. Dinner at grandma's house.

I miss my long weekend...

Yesterday was my convocation. I walked up the stage in grand hall of MMU Cyber. The moment I heard my name, my picture and words to my parents appeared in the big screen. I walked towards Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah. I bowed to her. She shook my hands and said to me congratulations. I looked at her and smiled. I took the scroll from her with both hands and said thank you. Then I walked down the stage. The entire process was just a few seconds. I studied in MMU Melaka for 5 years, from Diploma to Degree till now, my Graduation Day. Time does flies. My memories in MMU were sweet and sour, difficult and easy, happy and sad. Miss those days...

Last year on the 2nd of June 2008, Monday, was my first day of training in Ivenue (LevelOne). Time passes so fast and now, 2nd of June 2009 I am still in Ivenue but as a permanent staff.

During my first day of training, my colleagues took me for lunch near the office. Today, I went to the same restaurant for lunch but with a different colleague. Not a happy lunch because one of the people (FAT) in the restaurant was very rude to me. I took 2 types of vegetables and I don't think the cost for it should be that $$$, so I just said something that meant "quite expensive". Then she said, "so how much you think it should cost!". #$%!^&*

Never mind, I forgive her.

Japanese Language Examination = 92%

Few months back, I started going for Japanese classes. It was fun, but a bit stressful and tiring because need to go twice a week after work. After each class, need to do shukudai (homework).

Today was my last class; my sensē (Japanese teacher) gave us back our test paper and certificate for those who passed. I scored a total of 92 marks out of 100. The certificate looks good, with the word GRADE A in it. But this is just Beginner I, still has a long way to go. Probably I will continue, but not so soon.

Writing Test - 64/70

Oral Test - 28/30

Total - 92/100

Couldn't score 100/100, but it's ok, still A.

Don't over think my title ya. What I meant here was, first time in my life, I did hair rebonding. I was not used to my new hairstyle, so I did not feel comfortable with it. My wallet also felt uneasy...cost me RM199 (rebonding + hair cut). So expensive (everyone said).

This morning I went to seksyen 14, PJ for breakfast. That fellow who took ordered from us was very rude and fierce. He calculated the bill for the food and drinks. So I was counting it again. I don't think that calculating again is wrong, this is customer's rights. Then he was mumbling, WHY YOU WANT TO CALCULATE AGAIN! At that moment, he still thinks his calculation was so dame right, which is not at all. He was wrong! He charged me extra RM0.40. But I did not ask him back. It wasn't about the money issue, I just didn't like the way he talks to people, was very rude. Cried...

A Trip back from Sitiawan, Perak

Sunday, 3rd May 2009: On the way back to Subang, we were hungry. We stop by at Teluk Intan and had Fried Kuey Teow. Heard that this shop was very famous because she doesn't use gas but charcoal.

It does not taste very good and indeed, very oily.

When it was dinner time, we had our meal in Kuala Selangor. Now, this is what I call food.

Saturday, 2nd May 2009: On the way to Sitiawan, we had lunch in Tanjung Karang. There was this village along the river side known as Tengkorak.

I love the taste of the fish, so delicious.

Nice, nice, nice.

When we reached Sitiawan, at my aunt 5's house, she served us home made asam laksa. Shiok...eat again. Hehe.

Blogs? Talking about blogs, there are many people out there already started to write blogs. There are few types of blogs such as personal blogs, corporate blogs, and so on. I prefer to read personal blogs and I myself created a personal blog too.

I started a blog is because I realized only through writing can express my feelings. It is actually a way to just communicate. Nowadays, not many people will talk to others about their feelings. Or maybe not many people care to listen of someone else's feelings.

Maybe that is one of the reasons why people choose to write.

In another words of saying, while reading what other people wrote, we should respect. It is respecting other people's feelings. While a person already does not have the courage to talk to someone about their feelings in their heart, and through blog is their only way to communicate, why still want to discourage that person in doing it?

This is my lunch box for today. I realized something when eating the onion egg. Not as tasty as the previous onion egg I ate before. Reason is small onions vs big onions. Big onions fried with egg, smell so good and taste delicious. But if fried with small onions, doesn't feel tempting at all.

Few days back, I went to this coffee shop call Kuan Yew.

It is located at SS3, Petaling Jaya. Its longtitude and latitude are:

The food there taste ok. Good thing the price is cheap. Their mushroom soup not bad, quite a lot of mushroom added in it.

Lamb chop, hmm, ok I guess, since it is so cheap (RM 7), cannot be so fussy.

Mix grill (include: lamb, chicken, fish & sausage). I like the sausage, very nice.
This is cheap (RM 9).

If go there for dinner after 7pm, will be flooded by human.

Before Surgery (knowns as Scoliosis)

Exactly 4 months ago, I admitted to hospital for a spine surgery. That time my feelings was surprisingly excited, maybe because it was my first time going on with this kind of big operation. There was then second thing that make me more excited was I get to stay in a single room. Hehe...really cool, get to watch personal TV and personal toilet. Felt like staying in a hotel room, so VIP style.

That day, 18/11/2008 (Tuesday). Travel from 1 building to another to do some check ups. Funny thing is, I can walk but I need to sit on the wheel chair, I guess the nurses from the hospital like to do the pushing job huh.

19/11/2008 (Wednesday), surgery day. First thing in the morning...BATH! "No more food and water for today", said the lovely nurse. Haihz. Next thing is, again, wheel chair. This time I travel to this unit to test my nerves and to stick wires on my head and leg. The processes of testing my nerves were really suffering. Took so long to do it because that fellow said I was not relaxing my whole body, just a little bit of movement, will need to start the test all over again. It was painful and frustrating. After an hour, I look like a robot girl because of those wires but still good looking. Hehe. This time I really need to sit on a wheel chair, couldn't walk.

Waited and waited, doctors came in to inject this and that. Late in the evening, it's time. I lie down on bed and they push me to the surgery theater. On the way, I saw 'rectangular lights' on the ceiling, really similar to dramas.

In the surgery theater, I was still cool, still feeling excited, talking to doctors while they were doing the preparation such as injecting stuff again and wrap me with some special cotton, was warm and comfortable. After that, I got no more feelings, knock out. But I remember that I dreamt of LevelOne, haha, at this time of moment still dream of my job.

20/11/2008 (Thursday), I open my eyes, I saw nurses walking around. I wanted to call her, but no voice. So I raise my hand and ask for time, she told me 5am. Started to feel pain, uncomfortable lying on bed, cannot move. I press the button using my thumb for morphine. Couldn't get back to sleep. Suffer, suffer, and suffer.

Few hours later, the doctor was here. He unlock the thing to let the blood clog flow out from my body, was dame painful. Cried... Then the nurse wanted to clean me up. Was in pain, but yet they still want to clean me. No choice. When they were cleaning me, I saw a camera hanging on the ceiling, so I pointed it. You know what the nurses say to me? They said the camera is for decoration. Haha, they really think I am that dumb huh!

21/11/2008 (Friday), the doctor asks me to stand up and walk around. Was very difficult for me to sit and stand. I tried hard to get up from bed. While standing up, can feel that I was taller, cause my mum standing beside me looks a bit shorter. Hehe... when walking, can feel a bit heavy, maybe not used to it yet. After a while, I felt dizzy.

Went for x-ray in the evening. The journey to that building was tough though by wheel chair. Standing up while taking x-ray was even tougher. Cried...

22/11/2008 (Saturday), thought can go back. But the doctor said, due to dizziness after surgery, I cannot discharge yet, and also need to get another bag of blood for me. Haihz, so disappointed. After surgery, couldn't sleep well during night time, that's why so eager want to go home, but...

23/11/2008 (Sunday), at last, time to go back. The journey home was a disaster. But anyway, was ok, cause get to go home.
